Privacy
What the planner stores about you, where it is kept, and how to take it back.
What is stored
Signed out: nothing at all. A plan you build without an account lives in this browser tab and is gone when you close it.
Signed in: your training entries — their dates, times, sessions and the exercises in them — and your planning settings: goal, experience level, days per week, minutes per session, and the equipment you have.
Your sign-in
Signing in gives the planner your email address, whether you come in with Google or with a link sent to it. There is no password, so there is none to store and none to lose.
Where it is kept
In a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in the European Union. Each row is readable only by the account that owns it, and that is enforced by the database itself rather than by this app.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your training data is not sold, not shared, and not used for advertising. There are no analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
Taking it back
You can download everything the planner holds about you from your account page. To have it erased — your entries, your settings and your sign-in record — write to the address below and it will be done. Self-service deletion is not built yet, which is why this is an email rather than a button.
