Terms
What hito is, what it is not, and what you agree to by using it. In plain English, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.
Before you train
hito gives general information about training. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or a qualified coach. It does not know your health, your injuries or your history, and it cannot examine you.
Talk to a doctor before starting or changing a training programme — particularly if you are pregnant, are coming back from injury or illness, have a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition, take medication that affects exercise, or have not trained in a long time.
Exercise carries risk, and lifting or running at intensity carries more of it. Stop if something hurts, if you feel faint, or if you are short of breath beyond what the effort should cause, and get medical help if you need it. You decide what you are fit to do on the day; the planner only suggests.
What the planner does
It lays out a training week built from published research, and shows you which study each number came from. The suggestions are general — assembled from your goal, your experience, the time you have and the equipment you own — and are not a prescription written for you. Where the evidence is thin or missing, the planner says so rather than inventing a number.
Using it
Free to use, for your own training. Please do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the service, and do not present its suggestions to other people as professional advice you are not qualified to give.
Your plan
The plan you build is yours. What is stored, what is not, and how to get it back are set out in the privacy notice.
Availability
This is a young product, offered as it is. It may change, break, or be unavailable, and features may come and go. Nothing here promises it will keep working or that your plan will always be reachable — keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
You train at your own risk. So far as the law allows, hito is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from using the planner or from following a suggestion it made. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms will change as the product does. The version on this page is always the current one, and the date above says when it last moved.
